   Apart from these standard routes and meals, is always possible to work out a personal solution for you. All we need is to be able to read your requirements, learning about group, their expectations, their hobbies, motivations and we will recommend a special trip for you and your friends

Salt Route


   We will sail from Setúbal setting sails up having own customers as crew, if they are in the mood for that, sailing to Tróia peninsula to watch Roman ruins surroundings, questio-ning Romans motivations to be in Sado bay back in II century A.C. 

    Sado river up using the old salt route with high probability of watching the resident Dolphins colony, observing the wild live (namely birds and fishes) and also Phenician ruins surroundings from the VII century B.C..

   Lunch will be served on board. Lots of joy, including most climbing for the bravest – 60 feet height – to watch the Horse Island. On our return to Setúbal we will decide between sail or engine navigation, with a stop for swimming.

   Our cruise will last more or less 5 hours.

West Route


   We will sail Sado river mouth. On our way we will look St. Filipe Castle, Albarquel Fortress, Comenda Palace, and Outão St. Tiago Fortress.

   Already out of river, we will look the contrast between the white sandy beaches and the impressive cliffs.

   We will sail along Portinho of Arrábida coast (caves and Anicha Rock), Arrábida Convent, Arrábida Fortress, Three Sisters rocks up till Horse Beard Cape where lunch will be served after a refreshing sea bath.

   On our return we will choose a navigation route the sail up till Setúbal.


   Our cruise will last more or less 5 hours.

Other Routes


   We will sail from Setúbal harbour along the coast on our way to Sado River mouth. We will see St. Filipe Castle, Albarquel Fortress, Comenda Palace, and Outão St. Tiago Fortress.    Already out of the River, we will see the contrast between the white sandy beaches and the impressive cliffs, At Portinho of Arrábida (Anicha Rock) we will anchor to sea bath and / or stroll on the beach. After that lunch will be served on board. After lunch everybody will go ashore to start the second leg of our trip.

   Rover Safari Adventure track: crossing brooks and ancient tracks, we will reach El Carmen Convent from where you can enjoy a general view of the mountains chain. After that the Jasper Height (Ocean sight from the cliffs) and visit to Arrábida Ancient Convent built on the XVI Century (on foot tour), Alcube Farm (traditional dairy), Anjos Farm (curios / ornamental tile), Palmela Castle (sight of Lisbon and Setúbal), return to Setúbal.


   We have other routes available namely by:

  • Shorter tours of 2 or 3 hours duration;
     
  • Tours including sleeping accom-modations for small groups, like fishing or scuba diving teams;
     
  • Tours on Tejo River.
